"I am new to Texas and expected the service delivered by this agent to be up to State Farm standards. NOT THE CASE! I was misquoted,undercharged & then had to pay over 200 dollars in restoration to get my account current! I repeatedly asked to be notified of any progress in the attempt to rectify this problem with the home office........ silence. This agent is not on the new billing software with State Farm. I had to switch agents to get any satisfaction. I almost left State Farm because of this agent and the incompetence of the staff."
