"Jessica and Robert were extremely helpful and responsive when I was setting up insurance. However, once my auto insurance more than doubled and when I inquired about the increase and moving states / potential cancellation, I did not get any responses. I've been following up for months via email. I redacted part of their full emails for privacy. I've received one attempt at a callback from Robert and then was ignored again. I would have given 5 stars for my initial experience but it has been a terrible experience trying to process a change in insurance for cross state and I am also not able to cancel without reaching out to an agent (from which I can't get a response). Didn't want to leave a review but hope this helps me to get a response so I can cancel."
