ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in 2015 and has grown into a strong, motivated team of five. I’ve been with State Farm for 20 years — 10 of those spent as a team member before opening my own office — so I understand firsthand what it takes to succeed and how to create an environment where people can thrive. As a big sports fan, I bring that same competitive energy and team spirit into the office. We work hard, celebrate wins, and support each other through every challenge. Community involvement is also a big focus for us — giving back and staying connected to the people we serve is part of who we are.We love to keep things fun with team dinners, activities like escape rooms, and casual Fridays. Bonuses often tie into team goals or group experiences, and spirit days bring extra energy to the week. We’re looking for someone with sales experience who’s competitive, driven, and ready to embrace the hustle. If you enjoy connecting with people, setting goals, and being rewarded for your results, you’ll fit right in with our hardworking, team-oriented culture.ROLE DESCRIPTIONJessica Hernandez - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers.
